Rotterdam used to be the biggest harbour of the world for quite some time. It is only recently that Shanghai became the biggest harbour of the world. The harbour of Rotterdam has always received a lot of visitors. Among them are sailors, captains and marines. You could ask yourself if you will experience our Dutch culture, or our Rotterdam culture.
